Rhylee

Little 7 month old 6 pound Rhylee was seen at the Ardmore Flea Market Dog Sale sitting in a box and the young lady wanted to save her but didn't have the $100 asking price. She got the scum man's number and found a Good Samaritan to donate the money so she could get the pup out of that place and into rescue. Rhylee's a long haired chihuahua mix and is now spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, tested negative for heart worms, started on prevention, and wormed. The foster said she was hiding and very timid at first but now she is trying to play and wagging her tail some. The foster thinks Rhylee is just a wonderful little girl.

Heavens there is no telling what she has been through or exposed to. We are so thankful Rhylee fell into loving hands that would get her vet care and screen for a loving home that suits her personality. A younger family with children 9 and older and a safe fence would be great since she is so young! She needs a happy ending to this sad and scary beginning. A special THANKS to the lady who saved her and the Good Samaritan that donated so she could escape that money grubbing flea market. Rhylee is ready for a furever loving home and has an adoption fee of $200. If you are interested in Rhylee, apply for adoption by completing the 4 PAGE APPLICATION below. We will select the best home for this precious girl based on her needs.

  • Tara

Tara is a precious Female Black/Tan Min Pin/Chihuahua terrier type mix puppy. Tara is approximately 3 months old and weighs 3 pounds. She was taken from a hoarding situation where their was no human touch or love and was sent to a shelter. Tara is recovering from neglect with medicated baths, coconut oil massages, worm medication, good food and lots of TLC. She is hiding under chairs, beds, but you can tell she wants to be with you just too scared.

Tara is more comfortable with other dogs of course than lots of humans. She is learning how to play, how to use the pee pad, and how to interface with loving humans. Tara is going to be great with older children that will not chase her and she does need a fenced yard to play in safely. We think Tara might be a little larger than a typical min pin just not for sure. Her paws are small. It was told that Tara's mother was killed by a larger dog at this dog hoarder's home. If you're interested in a baby that will be low maintenance with a short coat, this could be your sweet girl. Tara's adoption fee is $200 and the rescue will pay for all shots, microchip, spay, rabies, and bordetella. If you are interested in Tara, apply for adoption by completing the 4 PAGE APPLICATION below. We will select the best home for this precious girl based on her needs.
